Lynne Hobden-Clarke

Lynne has been our Personnel Director since 1999, responsible for the safe and effective employment and deployment of all staff. She is involved in all areas of the business, including the strategic business plan.

 

Her early career was with Marks & Spencer as a Personnel Manager, dealing with all areas of HR and business principles. She travelled around the UK working in a numbers of stores and was also involved in management recruitment and training. Lynne then moved into the NHS as a Practice Manager in Buckinghamshire, where she was responsible for all the non-clinical aspects of the organisation. During this time she became involved in GP education and assessment, and has written several management textbooks for the medical profession.
